Seizing the rapid growth momentum of China’s semiconductor industry, Bona has joined forces with seasoned industry specialists and mass-production manufacturers to conduct joint R&D. Having delivered verified mass-production performance data from collaborative projects, the company spun off its independent brand: Bona Semiconductor Equipment (Zhejiang Industry) Co., Ltd. Our founding core team consists of elite professionals with extensive backgrounds in wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, and precision equipment manufacturing. Each member boasts over 15 years of industry experience on average, equipping the team with integrated R&D expertise spanning process engineering, mechanical design and automation system development. Upholding the core values of Connection, Integration, Pragmatism and Innovation, we have established a synergistic development model featuring modular R&D supported by information technology and parallel process demand development, with expanded process applications as a key extension of our technological layout.

The core team comprises 10 members, including 6 masters and doctors. After completing the first round of financing, we recruited 8 distinguished industry experts to lead our R&D team.

Our technical team features a fully structured talent ladder. Core members are seasoned specialists from wafer fabrication, advanced packaging and compound semiconductor sectors, with over 15 years of average experience in advanced packaging and precision equipment R&D, as well as outstanding capabilities in technology industrialization. Starting with temporary bonding and debonding equipment, our product portfolio has gradually expanded to permanent bonding, hybrid bonding, cleaning, photoresist coating, metrology and inspection equipment, evolving us into a comprehensive advanced packaging equipment supplier. Our technical specifications rival those of global industry leaders. We independently develop proprietary process kits and core components to secure full supply chain autonomy, building an integrated competitive edge covering Equipment + Process + Service. We keep refining our talent recruitment and development system. We have established university-industry cooperation, joint laboratories and practical training centers with multiple universities and research institutions, building a high-quality talent reserve pool to sustain the company’s steady and high-speed growth.
