On April 18, 2026, joy and warmth filled every corner of the company. Staff members, distinguished guests and partners gathered together to witness BONA’s growth and transformation over the past two years, celebrating this memorable and brilliant milestone side by side.

 BONA Semiconductor officially launched in Jiashan Economic & Technological Development Zone on April 18, 2024. As a high-end equipment manufacturer specializing in bonding and debonding systems, the company has shouldered the mission of advancing domestic substitution of semiconductor equipment since its founding.

Over two years of arduous journey, BONA Semiconductor has grown from scratch and strengthened steadily. From the dreams and aspirations of its early startup days to emerging as a rising star in China’s bonding equipment industry; from the R&D launch of its first batch of equipment to mass delivery of third-generation laser debonders and temporary bonders; from rooting its base in Jiashan to securing entry into the supply chains of leading industry enterprises. Every solid footprint bears witness to BONA team’s ingenuity and perseverance in overcoming challenges and pursuing excellence.

Drawing on self-developed core technologies, BONA Semiconductor has rolled out a series of benchmark products including permanent bonders, temporary bonders, temporary debonders and integrated temporary debonding & cleaning systems. More than 85% of equipment components are domestically manufactured, with performance matching world-class standards. The company delivers cost-effective domestic solutions for Chinese semiconductor manufacturers, greatly accelerating the independent and controllable development of advanced packaging. Meanwhile, multiple rounds of financing have fueled simultaneous breakthroughs in technological innovation and production capacity expansion.
